Verify before you commit
Nothing on this site is a substitute for your own due diligence. Before making any payment you should independently verify title, land use, approvals, RERA registration and the developer's authority to sell, and take independent legal and tax advice.
Our role
NirmanShastra acts as a property advisor and, for certain projects, as an appointed sales or channel partner of the developer. We are not the developer, promoter or builder of any project listed, and we are not a party to the sale agreement between you and the developer.

Intellectual property
