Invest in Vrindavan

Buy the corridor, not the headline.

This is one of the most interesting land markets in north India. It is also one of the easiest to misread, and the two facts are related.

Fundamentals

Four things genuinely moving this market.

Braj 2041

₹32,000 crore committed to infrastructure, heritage and tourism across the region. It arrives as hundreds of separate works over roughly fifteen years, and it does not land evenly.

The Jewar corridor

Noida International Airport and the Yamuna Expressway have cut the practical distance from Delhi NCR, which pulls weekend and second-home demand into Braj.

A calendar, not a cycle

Millions of pilgrims a year underwrite demand for serviced apartments and hospitality on a rhythm that does not track the usual property cycle.

Pricing still catching up

Several corridors continue to transact below comparable temple-town benchmarks elsewhere in India. That gap is the opportunity, and it is closing.

The honest version

Announced money is not delivered money.

A sanctioned road widening two lanes from your plot is worth a great deal. A tourism node announced in a press release four kilometres away is worth very little until somebody is invited to build it.

We keep a working map of which works in each corridor are sanctioned, which are tendered and which remain a line item. Clients see it before they commit, including on the occasions when it argues against the plot they arrived wanting.

Start here

Tell us the plot you are already thinking about.

We will price it against the registry and tell you what we find, including when what we find is that you should keep looking.
